Shipping

When receiving your order, we  begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your products of jordans will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is made via EMS/UPS/DHL/TNT.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This fee would be at the client's expense.



However,  we also offer free shipping for the customers who are from Other countries if their order sub total amout is full $800.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.

Return 

We don't accept the case with a little colour difference,so pls notice this policy.

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date on which the package was delivered. For return/exchange,jordan shoes or other produts must be in brand new condition as received with the original box on which would be without any tape or marks . If the products are defective after being worn or used, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please send us an email  sale@wholesale-shox.com    with the information your return, we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hours after your email  received.

Returns and exchanges packages are sent back to wholesale-shox.com must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't dealed with within the alotted time, we will be unable to process your return/exchange and then will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.

Attention:

Buyer keeps for shipping back to wholesale-shox.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your Visa acct in the amount which the buyer paid for the orders of jordan shoes with less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.

***Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. Wholesale-shox.com receives payments in USD of purchase and refund in USD of refund at the same time. All currency conversions are done by moneybookers***
